THE MUST LIST

The Top 10 Things I Love This Week.

1. SNL says goodbye to Kristen Wigg. So sweet. So heartwarming. So sad.

Saturday Night Live – She’s A Rainbow

2. Prison Break. For some reason I never watched this show while it was on TV. Now we have Netflix and all four seasons are readily available. It’s intense and addicting. And, as an added bonus, it actually gets my brother to sit down and hangout with me for a little bit. Yes please.

3. Rose Gold, the color. I splurged on a rose gold watch recently and now I can’t get enough. There is something so different and unique about the color. I found this Michael Kors wallet this weekend. I want.

4. Marilyn by G-Eazy. I just can’t get this out of my head. Love it. And yes, I love music videos that tell stories.

5. McDonald’s Mocha Frappe’. I am not a big McDonald’s fan, but recently I was introduced to these wonderful frozen mochas. Yum.

6. Karmin. She is a superstar. She has a great voice, she’s beautiful, her music is catchy, and did I mention she raps? Maybe I should hook her up with my brother.

7. Edamame Hummus. This stuff is delicious and healthy. I don’t even eat regular hummus anymore. Try it.

8. Hey girl. If you haven’t seen these Ryan Gosling memes, you need to google them now. They are funny and witty and perfect. What girl wouldn’t want this hot man saying these things to her?

9. Evian Roller Babies. This is a warm fuzzy. It will make you smile. Watch now.

10. Chuck. My fluffy kitty will always be on my must list. He brightens my days. Meow.

Young and in Love

Yes, I am 21 years old. Yes, I am in love. Yes, I am engaged to be married.

I have been getting lots of criticism lately about being engaged so young. I have even gotten criticism for NOT living with my fiance’ before we get married. Isn’t anything sacred anymore? I think it’s exciting that we haven’t been living together and when we are finally married it will make it that much more special. We may be young, but my fiance’ is graduated with a great new job and I am going to graduate from college before we are married. I get so frustrated when people tell me that moving in with my fiance’ after marriage will cause problems if we haven’t lived together before. Guess what? They are wrong. Once we are married, moving in with him will be amazing and I actually see us having less problems. I was lucky enough to meet the love of my life when I was in middle school. That means we’ve been together for 6 years. The more time we spend together, the better we are.

I took a class on families this past semester and learned that people who didn’t cohabit before marriage turned out to be happier couples in the long run.

All of you people who think we are crazy for not living together and insane for getting married so young can suck it.
